Just like our daily 365 Mindful BLESSisms shared on social media, the first 26 EARTHisms will correspond to each letter of the alphabet, with delightful bonus ones to complete the month.
This year, we’re excited to also spotlight individuals and organizations dedicated to Personal and Planetary StewardHeirShip—a blend of spirit, service, stewardship, and sustainability. Many of these resources will include Holon Projects, like our very own Earth StewardHeirShip Holon Project, inspired by the legacy contributions of John B. Cobb, Jr. and the transformative Holomovement.

Introducing the EARTH StewardHeirShip Holon Project
We are inspired by the relevance of Dr. John B. Cobb, Jr.'s teachings and the Living Earth Movement he inspired, their potential to effect a shift in planetary consciousness, and how they could help support the aims of the Holomovement.Our overarching mission is facilitating individual, organizational, and community empowerment and transformation while fostering Personal and Planetary StewardHeirShip and Transformation, partly by sharing resources for Love, Mindfulness, Meditation, Gratitude and other Successful Living Skills.
Our Holon Project includes collaboratively producing multimedia content including How-To-Guidebooks for Earth StewardHeirShip partly based on John B. Cobb, Jr.'s works. Love, and especially unconditional love, are central to our vision and mission. We incorporate and feature resources fromThe Love Foundation and The Love Center in our programs and publications whenever appropriate.
StewardHeirShip encompasses alignment with Spirit, Service, Stewardship, and Conscious Sustainable Living. Our purpose is to develop programs and publications that help inspire, enable, and empower individuals, organizations, and communities to practice Earth StewardHeirShip as we more effectively honor, protect, and manifest stewardship of Earth, our shared common home.
Our ongoing activities include repurposing content from a few of John Cobb, Jr.'s 50+ books where he introduced Earthists and Earthisms and inviting collaborative cocreative input in refining a series of 31 Mindful Earthisms, Meditations, and Exercises for practicing Earth Day every day. We also plan to collectively develop, publish, and distribute The Earthism Commission (modeled after The Planetary Commission by John Randolph Price) that will also serve as a resource directory of related publications, programs, and organizations. First though, we have to figure out the new Hylo!
During his 99 years, John B. Cobb, Jr. inspired the establishment of many organizations including the Living Earth Movement. Itwas created initially to promote international cooperation, peace, and climate solutions, particularly between the United States and China.
One component of our Earth StewardHeirShip Holon Projectis publishing a sequel to two of Dr. Cobb's 50 books he granted copyrights to. Each chapter will introduce positive, creative, and practical actions individuals, organizations, communities, and nations can take toward climate solutions and Ecological Civilization.
The Earthist Challenge to Humanity
This sequel to both Is It Too Late? A Theology of Ecology and The Earthist Challenge to Economism by John B. Cobb, Jr. will serve as a living document and online Community Action Network and Resource Center as part of our Earthist StewardHeirShip Holon Projectinspired by the Holomovement.
