What is Global Coherence and why is it important?

How can you live as a more heart-centered individual? How can you expand your capacity to love? One thing you can do is to strive for global coherence. “The Global Coherence™ Initiative is a science-based, co-creative project to unite people in heart-focused love and intention, to facilitate the shift in global consciousness from instability and discord to compassionate care, cooperation and increasing peace.”

This important initiative, based on the work HeartMath does, is all about finding ways to make an evolutionary leap to a more compassionate, cooperative, and peaceful way of being. That is one of the reasons we thought it was so important to focus on as one of our lovely EARTHisms.
